I have used deltron over epoxy but not on a kayak. However there is no difference and it will work very well. Use ALL safety equipment!!!!

One question, Deltron is an older product that was discontinued awhile back and replaced with Concept clears. Do you have an older product (check the date on the can) or are you in an area where it is still sold? If you have an older product remember that urethanes have a shelf life and don't perform as well when outdated.
