: Milled or chopped fibers will make a fillet structurally sound. I agree with the chopped fibers for 90 degree joints. I used this on my COHO's bulkheads (on the forward side) instead of FG tape to make it more structurally sound. Wayne G, the idea came from my brother-in-law, thru his experience.
