I don't think long legs would be a problem - just adjust the footpegs. Foot size is a different story. Size 9 feet fit comfortably, but there is not a lot of extra room. But then again, it's still cold, so I am wearing neoprene socks inside my water shoes. Size 11 feet would probably be the largest that would fir comfortably, as long as you are not wearing bulky footwear.

And do yourself a favor - don't use the seat included in the kit (or described in the plans). It is terrible, and you'll end up cutting it out and replacing it. I'll be cutting mine as soon as I decide what to replace it with.
