get a 70 foot chunk of spectra rope... your choice of weight. then make a bag that will about the right size to stuff the rope in. just go to the store and find one you like and take it;'s measurments. put a good soze grommet in the bottom of the bag. put the rop thrue and tie in a loop. the put a draw string in the mout of the bag, and put a float in thebottom of it wif you want. there ya go... theres yer plans DAVE
