Duct Tape Replacement

I use filament packaging tape exclusively. Very little if any trouble with adhesive transfer. Dosn't like dusty surfaces though. Nick mentions this tape on page 124 of his book "The Strip Built Sea Kayak" saying it is stronger and easier to remove than duct tape.
