The instructions my CLC Ches 17 came with said to just glass the cockpit, not the whole inside of the hull. Hmmm. I've had it out for 2 years now in some pretty nasty conditions with no problems. I do realize now why the inside should be glassed and will do so in the future, but the directions didn't call for it.
