Well, what i do is get a good bag, throw in the beans, some spices, a little water, some flour, side of bacon and stir up. Suck out all the air, sit in it and let set up. Use for a month or so. Whenever hungry, put in some more water, and a chemical handwarmer. By the time tents up , soups up!
