Thanks to everyone, I knew if my wife couldn't help me the KBBS could! ;-)
Erez- My problem with any non-breathing glove thusfar is only sweat, but we're talking major-league action. I can't believe my hand's reaction to those gloves.
I did develop rashes during construction, but I believe it's from the cedar powder. I get red rashes on my wrists and in the creases of the arm. I am able to control them by frequent washing. They were worst yesterday when I blew out the garage of all dust after sweeping & vacuuming. I would strongly recommend everyone wear a good dusk mask when sanding, can't imagine developing that kind of rash on the inside of one's lungs.
On the ergonomic computer pads - I owned a computer sales & service business here in Sarasota for 20 years, closed it the end of last year (been bumming with you kayak-types mostly since). Anything you can do do protect your wrists and neck during computer usage is a big plus. Make sure your monitor is placed for level viewing when sitting upright, and the "mouse arm" lays in a relaxed and supported position during use. It's amazing how many chronic maladies result from not following these simple guidelines. Those gel pads are rather comfortable, glad you discovered them!
Best Regards, Spidey
