In Response To: extra 4 oz on hull (Brandon)

I had pretty good luck on the interior of my Spring Run, where there is an extra layer in the cockpit, by putting the smaller layer on first and then wetting out the next layer over the top of it right away. This eliminated the feathering.

I did get some bubbles where I thought the epoxy would fill cracks. Next time I'll do a pre-coat.

: i like the idea of an extra layer of 4 oz glass on my boat's bottom panels.
: can you help me out with the sequence... when should that best go on in
: relation to the six oz and respective expoxy coats? thanks!
