I use a cabinet scraper on green epoxy. They flex to match either the inside or outside curve of the hull. I find about 8 hours of cure with fast hardener or over night with slow hardener allows a nice easy to shave curl of epoxy.

Once quickly over the hull with a scraper is also great to knock off all of the dust pimples in hard cured epxoy before sanding.
