The 2nd Annual West Coast Wooden Kayak Rendezvous (R2K) will be held August 19-20 at Fort Worden State Park in Port Townsend, Washington. This year promises to be even more fun than last! There will be kayaks galore, how-to workshops, and on-water demonstrations. Mingle, talk shop, browse, paddle, and otherwise take in the scenery in this beautiful part of the Pacific Northwest.

Many of the familiar contributors to this forum will be present - some will even be presenting lectures and workshops.

Certified on-water instruction will be available for beginners and experts alike - anyone wishing to learn new paddling and safety skills.

Everyone is encouraged to bring their kayaks - this is almost a prerequisite!!
