I dont have personal experience with Bosch, but most brands of cordless drills use standard Ni-cad cells in series. A handheld radio repairman is usually the best source and he has the equipment ot solder the batteries together. Of course the cost to recondition the battery pack will be at least as much as a new drill. Makita has just come up with a nickel metal hydride based cordless drill thatis supposed to be superior to ni-cad type drills. They hold more charge and they dont have the dreaded memory problem that ni-cads do.
: I have an 10 year old Bosch 9.6 V cordless drill motor. It is one of the most
: used tools in my shop. Now after countless rechargings, the batteries are
: giving up. Does anyone know where I can get some new batteries?
