Brandon, what argument? You've got apples, oranges, bananas, and kiwi fruit. Wood, epoxy, fiberglass, vinylester,polyester. Some production fiberglass boats are quite durable, some have weak spots, some weigh like a tank and some skin coated kevlar boats weigh very little. Some wood, epoxy, fiberglass kayaks are durable as all get out, some have stronger areas than others, some vary significantly in their durability according to the builders skill and or design goals. More to the question, why argue?
