:Don't forget the pics when you return Grant. I'd like to see your work. I'm still kicking around the idea of a brass rail perimeter fore & aft. That would be kind of swashbuckling (if it could be done light enough). Also help with carrying the kayak and maybe eliminate need for hatches. I havent paddled much so I don't know if that would make things too top heavy and tippy.
