I've tried both methods and sadly it was on the same boat. I didn't like my sealer coat and sanded most of it off. I was then steered to the System Three Clear Coat. The Clear Coat is a little more expensive, but is a lot less stressful to work with than thicker epoxies. You can brush it on and it wets out the cloth very fast. You get a nice even coat and stick the cloth tight to the boat with little effort. You can then use regular System Three for the fill coats. If you do choose a sealer coat, remember it is more like a skim coat. Put it on in a thin, even coat.

: Need help on Fiber glassing, Should I put a seal coat on first before
: glassing or not I heard you could and could not Help Thanks ;) Elk
