Hi Don;
No, I wouldn't trust anything to change much after you glass the inside and remove the spreaders (or pinchers). I assume you are referring to that concave area at the bow with the sweet reverse curve that makes it look so nice. I had to glue a spacer into my hull to make it conform (a GB), but I notice my deck has relaxed probably to the same condition as yours after glassing just the top. I'm gong to say, don't glass the inside if it is presently unfair with the spreader/pincher in place.
Perhaps Joe will jump in here with a remedy, I suspect whatever you can do to make the reverse curve fair to match the deck will be acceptable.
