I used turbocad 3.0 and found the spline function gave some reaaly strange curves whenever the rate of change reversed. I'm presently using QuickCAD from Autodesk and find it's spline to work a lot better and it scales great, but I haven't found a way to import from Excel. Guess that one of the trade-offs for cheaper programs.
