Hi Lee,
I like to squeegie the fill coats to skim the resin off of the high spots [the top of the weave] and flood the low spots. I tend to do two VERY thin top coats which are rolled and tipped with a brush.
I get very few drips [even with the Raka resin] with this approach. A scrape-as-required is done between every coat.
Final coat gets a quick pass with the ROS and then I wet sand - typically takes about an hour or so to sand the hull.
