Hi Hank, I agree--a squeegee really does work well as it keeps the weave from "photographing" through the subsequent coats of epoxy.
: I like to squeegie the fill coats to skim the resin off of the high spots

: top coats which are rolled and tipped with a brush.
: I get very few drips [even with the Raka resin] with this approach. A
: scrape-as-required is done between every coat.
: Final coat gets a quick pass with the ROS and then I wet sand - typically
: takes about an hour or so to sand the hull.
I'm not there yet, but thanks--I'll try the "Hank Process"! ;)
