I like the guillemot boats, my preference fwiw, the guillemot 17' is a great design and can handle larger paddlers (like me) Nick Schade provides an excellent set of plans along with his book for a very reasonable price and with the help of the great folks in this forum you can't go wrong! take care, rmd
