Thanks Nick. Finished first kayak after four months. Loved every bit of the construction and found Your book to be very informative and easy to follow. Could not have done it without your written assistance. Would send a photo, but it's not one of your designs, was given forms for a Panache which seemed much easier than the Guilemot that I wanted to build, in hindsite, should have bitten the bullet and built guilemot. Panache is great,(modified it slightly), but plan to build a Guilemot double next. Your training section on reading offsets is exceptionally concise and thats what i'm going to use for the double.
