Hi Bob,

I have used the WEST and the RAKA resins and both work well.

I prefer the RAKA products. The thinner resin is better suited to the cloth that I am using and I like how clear it is. The 3 Gallon kit includes a fast and a slow hardener which can be mixed if desired. It is very convient to be able to control the setup times - slow for wet-out, fast for fill coats. RAKA also sells epoxy that sets in minutes - which is handy for quick gluing or patching jobs.
