Hi Spidey,

I have a lot of trouble freehand cutting with end mills - they are really designed for milling machines.

The cutters that I am talking about have an agressive tooth on a spiral flute and you can do some pretty neat freehand stuff with them.

If you need a couple of bits let me know and I can send them to you - the rim should cure a couple of days anyway.

I don't think a bandsaw would go too far before a standard blade started burning instead of cutting.
