I was afraid you were going to say that. Plan B is called for. I appreciate your offer of sending me a spiral bit, but I hope to remove the laminations tonight, trim them (Ha!) and start the final finish on them. The laminate bit in the handheld router worked OK, after I reworked the collet in the $%#! $29 Chinese laminate router I bought recently. The single slit in the collet was too narrow to allow a proper grip on the 1/4" shaft of the bit when tightened down - - Darn thing almost came out at 20,000+RPM and killed me! Other than the fact I have to let it cool down every few minutes of use, it works fine now.
