Here is a website that offers a free download for tide prediction software -- http://www.wxtide32.com/ . I have been using this program for a couple of years now, and despite all the disclaimers provided with the program, I have found it to always agree exactly with other published tide charts for the locations where I live (Puget Sound area). I is a pretty useful program -- I have given up buying tide charts. If I need a hard copy, I just print one.
