: Blush can be removed with alcahol, lacquer thinner, acetone or soap and
: water. Solvants can just smear things around so I like ammonia and water.

I read the earlier string and bought some MEK at west marine. Upon application the boat still looks like it has blush on it . I have used soap and water before with success but it seems that soap isn't such a good idea. so I will try the ammonia.
