I've temporaraly stopped work on Tammy's Spring Run. I need to do some more cradle building. No, not for storing the kayaks on the roof of my truck. This will be for storing a baby in. Yes, Tammy and I are going to be parents. The due date is Feb. 10, 2001. It looks like I'll have to slow my kayak building down some, but it also means that eventually I'll be able to build some small kayaks. Plus, I already have a set of plans for a strip-built cradle boat. I built a mahogany plywood cradle driftboat for my nephew that was born earlier this year. Just thought I'd share the happy news with my fellow builders, I thought Father's Day to be an appropriate day for sharing the news.
