In the context of the poverty prevalent in Pakistan, there is need to critically reexamine and develop policies on a priority basis with a view to improving the standard of living and quality of life for people at the lower end of the income spectrum and provding them maximum financial help with internal and external sources.

There is great need of improving educational and employment opportunities for the poor and minority groups and utilizing more effectively zakat & other funds, and in general, moving towards a True Welfare State.

In light of the above we take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as under:

Introduction: We are Aziz Bibi Welfare Trust. Our introduction rests in our Objectives, which are as under:

Objectives:  An Ideal Society of Equal Opportunities  Making Education (Academic & Technical) Possible for every-one  Application of Basic Human Rights  Providing the religious education  Development of Helping tools against poverty such as: 1. Providing Computer/Typing/Shorthand/Drafting/Hardware skills Dress Designing & Dress Making Courses and providing Sewing Machines and small investment equipment etc., enabling them to earn themselves. 2. Payment of School/College/University Dues of Competent needy students 3. Building of a Secure & respectable thought/place for aged people (who don’t have some body to care them or are thrown-out by their relatives, family, sons & daughter-in-laws or otherwise)

4. Totally free education for deserving students

We are trying to build an environment of Trust & Help to each other, and we believe that you also are thinking on the same grounds, but the matter is of opportunity to get the best out of your efforts/help. ABWT is purely a non-profit & non commercial organization.

 At present Trust is seeking donations for its "Self Employment Programme" to provide Technical Training Courses/Skills to morethan 7000 deserving students/persons. The estimated cost for one year course/training is US$ 300.00 per person.
