An item that I'm filing right next to the Leidy-Lids, is Dzus clips. Used for retaining aircraft inspection panels, they are very secure, take about half a turn with a penny or similar device to open. I'm thinking of under-curving my hatches with respect to the deck curvature, and pulling down on two sides with the Dzus clips. They are available in stainless steel and plastic. Might need a small cup epoxied underneath to guarantee water-tightness. My choice will probably be black plastic. I'll come back in a few with the website info. TNX, Scotty
