And fully outfitted it's ~37#. They use a white 2-part polyurethane paint called AwlGrip that holds up EXTREMELY well -- as good as a fiberglass kayak's gelcoat. I've seen them at symposia and they always continue to look like new. That's why I went with the clear version, AwlBrite, for my Outer Island.

Notice the black star on the front bow side panels -- a custom touch that Betsie Bay Kayak added for her (Star Swift.)
