Kakak Sport (http://www.gokajaksport.com/) makes an outstanding skeg system which you can purchase separately. It's used by them on their own boats and also by several other high-end 'glass boat manufacturers. KS also makes the nicest foot pedals I've seen (they're wood, too). They lock in place on the track, but pivot to allow for a comfortable foot position or for rudder control.
