Another tool I highly recommend that can be found at Woodcraft or other high end tool outlets is a Japanese Hand Saw. I use a Dozuki "Z" Saw. Almost every strip ends up needing an accurate odd angled cut and I've found this to be the best tool for the job. There are also real big Japanese saws available but I have yet to find need for one.
