Hi Shawn;

. . . Except I didn't plan ahead and do both hull and deck at the same time! Only my hull is curing in that photo. My original plan was to set the hull for the final reference, then tape the deck in place while I glued up the coaming. I was concerned that the composite coaming, by the time it's solidly glued, will set the deck width permanently amidships. If I had thought it out from this perspective, I could have gotten them both (hull & deck) in one shot.

I hope your 1-1/2 week hard cure time is conservative, I was hoping to pop 'em apart and get back to the deck in a couple of days! Maybe the Florida heat will lock up my hull quicker. I generally sand powder with a 12 hour cure time.
