First bad batch?

Last night I applied the second coat of epoxy on 2 new Greenland-style paddles (one regular length, one storm) and after a full day, the epoxy is still tacky. It can be handled gently without leaving fingerprints. The left over 'puck' in the cup is fully cured. Do you think this will cure eventually? I had been planning on using these paddles this weekend...
