Hey Craig, I am near San Antonio, Home Depot has a good selection of Western Cedar, and you might look for a specialty wood supplier such as Alamo Hardwoods, also found a good selection at Woodcraft, I think there's one in Dallas, I am "practicing" on this first boat with not so clear rough cut cedar, my next boat will be cypress, good luck, RMD
