Shawn -- Congratulations -- its georgeous. I haven't yet begun my first, but pictures & descriptions like yours provide the inspiration to get me started.

How did you apply the stretch to the Guillemot design? Is the extra length distributed in equal increments between all the forms, or is it concentrated near the middle? I know you also raised the foredeck a bit, but were the heights and width otherwise unchanged?
