I agree that powertools can be a little "grabby" with minicell, But I have been sucessfull with a right angle grinder. You need to pay close attention to which direction the tool is turning and always pull the tool counter to that direction.

However, I too would like a small hand tool for final finish work. The japanese rasps are great with minicell as well as many other forms of "Rambo" carpentry.
