: Has anyone used Sikkens Marine Cetol, a one part poly I believe?

: Several boat magazines have rated it among the best, but most of the test
: were on teak. It only requires three coats and is reported to tough as
: nails.

: Thanks, FWIW, the Benjamin Moore dealer (who says that he will be building a stripper canoe) kept insisting that its advantange is that it has some kind of microporosity that will allow moisture to escape from the wood...I kept telling him that ALL my wood has a layer of epoxy/fiberglass, but he kept insisting that cetol's property was important!? (I didn't buy it, nor the Cetol). A one-part moisture cure polyurethane (clear) is Armada 2000, and they claim UV protection and epoxy compatibility (this is a moisture cure product (I think). Kind of pricy - about $20/pint, and I don't know anyone that has used it yet.
