You lay the cloth over your boat. Brush (roller, sqeegie) epoxy on. Let cure for 24 hrs then fill weave with more coats of epoxy letting each dry for about 24 hrs. If you let dry for longer than about 24 hours, you may need to lightly sand it. Most people tend to use two or three of these fill coats.
Also, if your epoxy blushes, you may have to remove the amine blush between coats too.
