In Response To: Putting on Epoxy (Bev)
I've found for a beginner (me) the easiest thing was to precoat the wood once LIGHTLY with epoxy and a squeege, let it dry overnight, lightly sand, then lay on the glass and fill with epoxy. This method lets you fill the wood grains prior to starting the intense epoxying of glass cloth. I've done it both ways, this takes a little longer but is alot less stressful and forgiving of first timers mistakes.

: I'm confused after reading the fiberglass instructions. Do I put on several
: coats of epoxy resin and let it dry BEFORE I put on my fiberglass?
: Thanks,
