Dennis,

One of my favorites is the Weekender from the Back Yard Yacht Club. They have three pocket cruisers and several daysailers. Someday I may build a weekender. It takes about the same amount of time as a stripbuilt kayak, but costs a little bit more (about $1500). It is beachable and trailerable, and only weighs about 500 pounds.

I'd like to see one in person before I build though, but they sure are neat looking boats.

Mike

: After spending last winter building a stich-n-glue kayak (Pygmy Coho), next
: winter I would like to build a small sailboat. Does anyone know of some
: good plans or kits out there.
