Okay, Here is the idea. I received plywood bulkheads with my coho kit but would like the hull flexibility of a foam bulkhead with some of the advantages shown in Nick's book. How about cutting the plywood 1/4 inch smaller all the way around and taking pieces of 1" x 1" foam with 1/2 inch slit for the plywood bulkhead to fit into. This would give back some hull flexibility and should be easy to install. Yes there will be one more area to seal on each side. What do you guys think of this.
