Thanks, Spidey-man! Last night I shut the computer down and went to bed -- then did a Homer "DOH!!!" Jay recommends, as does Pygmy from the Tern I built before, that you do the end-pours in the hull before attaching the deck. You wedge a piece of foam, plastic, or cardboard in the tip of the bow/stern to form a dam, and fill with thickened epoxy. I did like many others before me and made the end-pour way too big -- I didn't even hit it when I drilled my grab-handle hole thru the bow, it went thru the inner stem! Anyway, I took the tape off ~1' of the bow and stern, pried up the deck a bit, smeared some thickened epoxy in there, then taped it back down just before taping the inner shear.

: stems(6-8") . That will insure that all bare wood is sealed and the
: ends are waterproofed If you mounted wood blocks in the ends, no endpour
