Reference the "Stroke" thread over on the trip board. I notice that planting the right foot steers the boat that way, and the left foot steers to the left. The braces on my CLC are Yakima I belive, with the adjustable slider mounted throught the hull on each side.

If I went with Nick's "wing" brace in the book (Which I have in the double), will that negate the steering affect?
