I thought we had it bad out here with all the 100mph+ speed boats and Jet skies. In California, we'd get ticketed for paddling without clearance lights.

Hope he's got kevlar on the bottom of that yak, as it looks a bit shallow there. No Rolls Please!! Bracing can be done by reaching out and grabbing the curb. :)
