Thinking of building something along the lines of CLC's Mill Creek - basically a stable double with an open cockpit suitable for small inland lakes and short family-type outings, as well as doing some fishing. It is intended to replace my old Folbot Super, which, while I'm quite fond of it, I'm also quite weary of lugging it around. As we all know, the boats that get paddled the least are the ones that are difficult to get to the water.
Anyhow, I noticed that WoodenBoat had a two-part article on building the Mill Creek in their May/June '97 and July/Aug '97 issues. I'm assuming that the article included plans/offsets. Does anybody know which of the Mill Creek boats this was? I would only be interested in the 16.5 foot tandem. Also, references to similar boats are more than welcome!
Thanks, Chris
