Thule causes leaks

I'm just getting over the expense of the high class roof mount, and now I find the front seats of the Sidekick are wet after rain. Has anyone else had the experience? (PROFFESIONAL INSTALLATION) I've got some thoughts, like siliconing the gaskets, so they can slip past the foot, but I'm sure the problem has been solved by someone on the ELECTRONIC FRONT PORCH (kbbbs) Thoughts?
