Nick has free offsets for a S&G Guillemot on his site (link below). I've also been happy with the price and quality of Raka epoxy/cloth. I've got one of Nick's S&Gs about 80% done - I also used luaun and will probably end up with around $250-300 in it by the end (note that this can be spread out over the construction period to ease the budget pain).
