We stock minicel ( a grey crosslinked closed cell foam, 2lb density) this would be ideal for a permanent bulkhead. You could probably also use ethafoam (we don't stock).

Ethafoams advantages are 1. you can probably find it locally 2.cost, it is cheaper than minicell.

Ethafoams disadvantages are that its compression properties are not as good as minicel and adhesives don't always stick to it well.
