Those 'professionals' should be fixing this -- is there a warranty or guarantee of some sort? Whenever any holes are drilled in a car body (i.e. for rear spoiler, truck visor, etc.), applying a blob of silicone in the hole before screwing/bolting down is pretty much standard.
